A comeback cup. 5 weeks away to Europe has definitely done something to us. Fresh ideas, clearer perspective, alternative approach. Pride and ownership shown across the culinary scene in London. Both back and front of house. Straight forward but totally caring Germans and the never-heard-of chocolate origin come across in Berlin. Wicked fun radiated in the air of Barcelona. Can't appreciate the special seat Three Marks allocated for us enough. Not to forget Otto Volante in Amsterdam where we were introduced to a musician who makes cider from food waste. Just a little too much to sink in and digest. We thought a complex cup of Drima Zerde is a great metaphor of how we feel right now. Pleasantly layered yet not overly complicated. 

An opening as refreshing as cucumber. The burst of blueberries opens up our palette to yoghurt and soursop. Jasmine and ripe honeydew in the aroma. Then, we crave for a rich miso caramel tart to go with this love-it-or-hate-it cup.
