Our routine of the day starts with the longing and excitement of putting the water to boil then picking the coffee of the day to grind. As repetitive as they sound, these simple gestures before every brew can be pure privilege to some others. Brewing and savouring a cup of coffee is simply part of living. It means peace and that moment of solitude allows us to seize in the gratitude of being able to live a life we aspire.
