Brazil Pau Cerrado Natural (200g)

We came across this natural processed Brazilian from 3Brothers thanks to a collaboration with Bites and Crumbs. The idea was to have something caffeinated (not in the bakes) to go with their Father's Day box. Luli's dad is not the most outspoken and always a little reserved. The way he expresses care is the ever constant being there, whenever you need. That existence is subtly significant. We want to feature this 'Humble Brazil' to celebrate all the great fathers out there. Not the nuttiest, not the most chocolaty, not the fruitiest. We love it nonetheless. 

Delicate hint of cinnamon in between cooked pineapple's tartness and red apple's juicy undertone. The caramelised finish that lingers? Too good to end and well, time to get some pie (do check out Bites and Crumbs for some honestly delicious bakes)!
