A stash for a friend who needs a pick-me-up. Without being much. We figure introducing this origin before the year ends is a good pat on shoulder as we all deserve a little something unique yet delicately pleasant to savour the whole cup. Complex yet not compelling.

The berries and apples, very lively. the complexity and bubbly mouthfeel, almost an IPA. hint of honey, definitely necessary (in these times).
