In lots of conversations with fellow roasters, we always talk about how much comfort a cup of no-frills Ethiopian washed can bring.  Drinkers everywhere are getting more discerning, which is a good thing. The market flows along and hence we see more and more complicated producing methods and complex flavour profiles. A simple washed origin done just nice is somehow less likely to be found. We started working with a great knowledgeable friend back home and feel more assured that such soothing and easy-to-drink cup deserves more appreciation again. Let's call this Aunty Angie's brew. A gentle everyday cup. Vibrantly floral and refreshingly citrusy. Chrysanthemum in the florals. Bergamot and bitter lemon with black tea undertone.
