In February 2020, we took our first ever trip to Japan. There were just so many places we wanted to check out, mainly eateries and coffee shops. Though, random finds always leave the fondest memory and strike as the most pleasant surprise. It was almost full house inside Glitch Coffee & Roasters. Hung our coat, found a seat, ordered a cup of pour over. Here, we had the first encounter with Wolichu Wachu. A timely perk-me-up (definitely an understatement) on a long, chilly day in Tokyo. Till now, the citrusy bergamot lingering after sips is still as profound as it can get. 

Almost a sip of lost and found. Orange skin and (p-ear)l grey. Flashes of red apple. Lingering of white jasmine and chrysanthemum. Closest to a memory relived.
